In the fall of 2009 being snowmobile enthusiasts ourselves, Trails West desired to produce the best enclosed snowmobile trailer on the market. This new endeavor was to be no different from when we began our business producing trailers in 1987. Trails West was founded on the premise that to serve the customer best, you needed a no-frills operation with honesty as a core value. Over three decades later, this is still the cornerstone of our business model. We pride ourselves in providing the best bang for your buck in our industry. Our business has grown from the original one-model operation to an entire line of state of the art snowmobile trailers, horse trailers, stock trailers, and horse trailers with living quarters, all of which are produced in-house at our operating facility in Preston, Idaho.

Through efficient manufacturing and cost-conscious management practices, we give our trailer owners the best value in the industry. The strength of our steel frame, our corrosion resistant aluminum exterior, and our industry-first vacuum-bonded ramps and doors mean we build high-quality enclosed snowmobile trailers at an affordable price.
